Building trust across construction partners

Construction partnerships succeed when information is reliable, agreements are transparent, and teams stay aligned. Cooperate was built to cover those fundamentals from the very first interaction between two companies.

Why we invest heavily in authorization and audits

  • Verified identities. Every company invited to Cooperate completes an onboarding flow with organisation number validation and role-based approvals.
  • Role-based access. Only authorised staff can list workforce, respond to requests, or access agreements, limiting the risk of accidental exposure.
  • End-to-end audit trail. Messaging, agreements, and admin actions write to a single audit log so platform staff can investigate issues quickly.

A single source of truth for workforce sharing

Within Cooperate, listings, agreements, and company profiles follow shared contracts powered by Zod schemas. That means every API, server action, and UI state machine reads from the same definition. When we change a requirement—such as adding a safety certificate—we update the contract and every surface respects it immediately.

This single source of truth keeps public marketplace listings consistent while ensuring private company data stays protected under Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.

What customers can expect next

  1. Moderation dashboards extending the admin panel so platform staff can triage reports faster.
  2. Search ranking improvements that blend availability, profile health, and response times.
  3. New agreement templates covering site inductions and project-based contracts.

We are shipping these upgrades alongside broader localisation. Each article, onboarding screen, and notification is available in English, Norwegian, and Polish from day one.

Cooperate exists to keep projects moving. If your company wants to join the early access programme, reach out at hello@cooperate.no.
