Cooperate AS acts as the data controller for the platform. These terms apply to all registered companies, their users, and workforce profiles managed in the service.

Each company also acts as an independent controller for the personal data they upload about their employees and partners.

We collect information that you provide when creating an account, maintaining company profiles, publishing listings, and communicating with other companies. We also collect technical data needed to secure the service.

• Account details such as name, email address, language preference, and role.
• Company profile information, workforce competencies, certifications, and availability windows.
• Messages, agreements, and documents exchanged with other companies.
• Usage logs, device information, and support requests for security monitoring.

Personal data is processed to operate and secure Cooperate, deliver contractual obligations, and comply with legal requirements.

We never sell personal data and only share it with processors that support the service under data processing agreements.

• Authenticate users and enforce company-specific access controls.
• Facilitate messaging, agreements, notifications, and audit trails between companies.
• Monitor platform health, prevent abuse, and investigate incidents.

Platform data is stored in the EU. Operational logs are retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required for investigations.

If data must be transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can request access, rectification, deletion, or restriction of personal data at any time.

We respond to verified requests within 30 days and will notify relevant company administrators when action is required on their side.
