We're the team behind Cooperate.
Cooperate is being built to help construction companies collaborate more easily, especially when capacity changes. We're creating a B2B platform where companies can share available workforce and find trusted contractors faster, with practical tools like profiles, search/matching, and direct communication.
Why we started
Construction moves fast, but collaboration is still too often handled through scattered calls, messages, and spreadsheets. When capacity shifts, that creates a familiar problem: skilled people can sit idle in one company while another is under pressure to deliver.
We started Cooperate to make cooperation between companies more structured, transparent, and less time-consuming - so teams can keep projects moving and reduce unnecessary downtime.
Based in Bergen, we're building Cooperate as a product company, not a staffing agency. We believe construction companies deserve a real alternative to traditional staffing models: direct cooperation that strengthens relationships across the industry, with clearer expectations and without an unnecessary middleman.
