Terms of Service

These terms govern how companies use Cooperate to share workforce and coordinate projects responsibly.

Last updated:

1. Scope of the service

Cooperate is a collaboration platform that helps construction companies find, evaluate, and share workforce resources.

The service is offered to registered companies and their authorized employees or project managers. The platform does not become a party to agreements negotiated between companies.

2. Accounts and company responsibilities

Company administrators control who may access the workspace and must ensure that invited users are authorized to act on behalf of the company.

You must maintain accurate company information, keep credentials secure, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

  • Only one account per individual user; shared logins are not permitted.
  • You are responsible for content posted under your company profile, including listings, messages, and documents.
  • When removing a user, you must review open agreements and reassign responsibilities as needed.

3. Listings, messaging, and agreements

Listings must describe available workforce truthfully, including competence, certifications, and availability.

All negotiations and agreements happen directly between companies. Cooperate provides tooling for messaging, document exchange, and consent tracking but does not review or approve contract terms.

You must obtain worker consent before sharing personal data or placing them on assignment through the platform.

4. Acceptable use and termination

You may not use the platform to spam, discriminate, or infringe intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate the law, these terms, or security policies, or if continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Upon termination you remain responsible for outstanding obligations and must export or delete data according to your retention policies.
